Caribou Thunder has several opportunities supporting the Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment (OM&S) of North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) And Space Support Contract II (NISSC II). This position is contingent upon award of contract. The NISSC II effort establishes requirements for OM&S that support classified communications and processing for Command and Control (C2) capability in organizational work centers at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS), Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB), Colorado. The NISSC II OM&S TO also establish requirements for operations and maintenance support for the CMAFS Information Systems Infrastructure. Responsibilities: Caribou Thunder has multiple FAB-T Network Support Technicians opportunities available. 


FAB-T Network Support Technicians will analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks. Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption. 


  • FAB-T Technicians will be overall responsible for FAB-T Operations and maintenance activities, to include: 

  • ensure Two Person Integrity is in place 24/7. 

  • Operate the FAB-T primary and remote terminals. 

  • Perform line ready unit maintenance actions on the primary and remote terminals, as well as regularly scheduled preventative maintenance tasks. 

  • Perform maintenance tasks associated with the FAB-T antennae group. 

  • Perform system administration functions for user account management, primarily passwords. 

  • Perform duties of the Security Officer, which include CRK and crypto audit log management. 


    Technical Skills Required: 

  • 5+ years experience

  • MILSATCOM and Crypto experience is desirable.

  • Experience operating the FAB-T primary and remote terminals.

  • Candidate must possess a qualifying 8570 certification within 3 months of hire date.


    High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks, and 3 years or more of directly related experience.
