Aspen family seeks a full time Personal Assistant and Housekeeping Manager for large Aspen home. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining staff and family calendar, making reservations and appointments, assisting with planning of family travel and coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with organizing social events, developing and maintaining housekeeping manuals and checklists, managing household and personal projects, and providing general administrative support and concierge type services. Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and scheduling housekeeping staff and managing all aspects of housekeeping services including grocery shopping, household staple and food inventories, wardrobe management, dinner preparation and cleanup, trip packing and luggage manifests, general errands. The ideal candidate will have experience managing housekeeping staff in a large home and experience providing personal administrative support. Salary $80,000-$125,000, depending on qualifications.
