Required Skills Entry level customer service rep that will be fielding calls to reset passwords, troubleshoot issues, and solve any challenges people are having. Must have high levels of customer service skills. Hard working, team oriented, patient, willing to ask questions and quick learner. Preferred Skills Any knowledge of IT or Health Care are positives but not necessities. Responsibilities This company is implementing a new web portal and there will be a lot of questions coming into the Service Desk that will be fielding these calls. Expected Deliverable(s) Handle all calls and tickets that are coming in with a high level of customer service. Focus on quality over quantity. Training will be provided!
