This is a position helping to processing mail and helping within the Claims Dept. It involves some data entry into our systems, as well as utilizing our equipment to process mail.
- Provides customer service to associates to include answering questions about mail services and arranging deliveries
- Mail out documents to health plans, providers and or members.
- Back up for the Claims Mail Clerk.
- Log all outgoing and incoming claims routed to various departments
- Research claims prior to batch submission Performs sorting of USPS and inter-office mail pieces
- print fallout claims from electronic submission
- Help with claims filing
- Escorts deliveries to designated areas
- Post outgoing first-class mail and process outgoing UPS
