Waterton Residential is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Service Technician II! As a maintenance professional, you will resolve maintenance issues, complete preventative maintenance, and maintain attractive, clean grounds and common areas. You will prepare vacated apartments for new residents by performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
